TV recap - LOST: Recon

"Recon"

9:05 - Yumm! Sawyer sweaty and shirtless in bed. Is he back to con man ways? Oh wait, I'm sorry he works for the police. The man who never followed rules, broke the law and was a criminal is now a detective. Definitely never saw that coming. Damn Sawyer or should I say La Fleur looks de-lic-ious, shirtless with his police badge around his neck.

9:08- Love that Sawyer or should I say Detective James Ford and Miles work together. Their back and forth banter is hilarious. I also love that Miles is setting him up on a blind date. Will it be Juliet?

9:10 - Really Sawyer? You knew Flocke EL isn't actually Locke. So why were you all shocked when he said he was the black smoke thing and that he killed all the people in the temple. No one can do an angry stare like

9:15 - Ooh Detective Sawyer is setup with none other than Charlotte. This should be interesting. Oh Detective Sawyer only you could say "Do you have a whip" and have a woman find it cute, coy and charming. I'm sorry Charlotte since when did a purple folder look like a t-shirt. Come on now, if a hot guy like Sawyer and I got it on, didn't pull the "I have to get up early in the morning so ...." routine, cuddled and then asked you for a glass of water I wouldn't start rifling looking through a binder you found in his drawyer.

9:20 - Ahh a trip down memory lane, Sawyer and Kate's hot bear cage sex that Jack saw. Okay Sayid is really beginning to creep me out. In fact this BFTDS (Back From The Dead Sayid) is worse than the one who tortured people for a living. Now, is it just me or would Claire look a little less crazy if her hair didn't look like a bird's nest. Is it wrong that I cracked up at BFTDS's blank stare when Claire went all UFC on Kate and put a knife to her throat. Oooh Locke smacked Claire like a 1970s pimp smacks one of his women who talked back to him and owes him money.

9:25 - Every time I see Sheila Kelly I just remember her from Cameron Crowe's "Single" movie. You're the only who survived? Funny, how I don't remember seeing you on the plane.

9:30 - Burn! Miles threw out the "I'm not your partner anymore." I could totally start analyzing how the shattered mirror is a symbolization of Sawyer's childhood, heart, etc but I'm not going to.

9:35 - Did the con artist get a taste of their own medicine? Who is "Zoe?" Are they another set of "Others?" Are they new version of our infamous Ocean 815 plane crash survivors? Did they kill all those other people? Its the chubby, fat kid from "Kate and Allie."

9:39 - They work for Charles Widmore!

9:43 - Love it that Sawyer is drinking a beer, eating crappy frozen food and watching "Little House on the Prairie." Never would have pictured him as fan. Sunflower and a six pack, doesn't he know a way to a woman's heart?

9:53 - You don't know why you did that CC (Crazy Claire)? Because you've been living on the island for 3 years pretending a coconut was Aaron like you were Tom Hanks in Cast Away talking to Wilson (a vollyeball).

9:55 - Does Detective Miles still have his "I can speak to dead people" gift? Will this link Detective Sawyer to Locke? Since Locke's dad was the one who killed his parents.

9:57 - I knew it was going to be Kate! What is it with the two of them and fences or cages?

9:59 - Ahh there goes that con man we love to see and would love to go to bed with. Or is that just me? TMI? My bad.

Next week: Yes! Finally we learn why Richard is 500 years old but never ages, how he makes great eyeliner on the island and his connection to Jacob, the others, etc. This is going to be good.

Sexyback is here...and it ain't going anywhere anytime soon.

Off the success of his first two singles ("Sexyback" & "My Love") from his highly reviewed and liked sophomore album FutureSex/LoveSounds Mr. Timberlake drops another hit, "What Goes Around...Comes Around." Here is a clip from the eagerly anticipated and much talked about music video starring Justin Timberlake, Scarlett Johanasson, Shawn Hastoy, written by Nick Cassavetes & directed by Sam Bayer.

I don't know about anyone else but do I see VMA Nominations in the future?

Either way,we hear you loud and clear Justin - you're no longer that little boy from NSYNC.

Tempted and intrigued to see the entire music video? (Cough out $1.99 and buy it on itunes till Sunday or wait for the online premiere Monday at MTV.com) I don't know about you but I'd paid more than $2.00 to see the hottie JT wet.

Heroes: Distractions

NATHAN PETRELLI IS CLAIRE BENNET'S FATHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm speechless. I can't even begin to describe the thoughts racing through my mind. I'll do a recap and commentary after I've recovered from this amazing SHOCKER!!! As soon as this mystery was revealed I yelled WHAT at the screen...at least twice! Tim Kring and the rest of the writers...you're good. Talk about hook, line and sinker. Cannot wait until next week.

Prison Break: Chicago

R.I.P. Haywire.

Just when you didn't seem so bad and crazy. I mean yea, you wanted to go to Holland for some reason and thought building a raft would get you there. But hey everyone has a dream. Sadly another one bites the dust. Let's have a brief moment....okay onto the rest of the episode.

Before I get to the whole Sarah attempted to kill Kellerman -- (which by the way I NEVER saw coming nor did I know she had it in her. Big ups to you Sarah. Cue foreigner "Cold as Ice.") I must address something. Did all of the fugitives (Michael, Lincoln, C-Note, T-Bag) suddenly cross networks to NBC's HEROES and gain possession of the power to be um...INVISIBLE!!! I mean seriously guys, a baseball cap, knit cap, shades or new hair color - is that all it takes to be unrecognizable? Oh and I'm sorry did we suddenly transport into a new world where TV, Newspapers, Magazines, Cops, etc no longer exist? You're going to tell me that if 8 FUGITIVES were on the run, we wouldn't have a million WANTED Posters hung up everywhere. Dare I remind anyone of a show called "America's Most Wanted" ! But I digress - back to the show.

T-Bag
Robert Knepper as T-Bag deserves an Emmy nod, a Razzie - something. He takes creepy and weasel to another level. (If I wanted to see a face-off between the baddest, slimiest villains it should be T-Bag in one corner and Hannibal Lector in the other. Now that's a fight I'd pay the big $ to see. They don't even have to touch each other - just talk.) Not only were you spooning your lady but you cooked and charmed the panties off her friend. How do you do it? I applaud the writers because they always keep us on our toes with T-Bag. Next week sure looks like its going to be axciting (Do you get it? Cause when we saw T-Bag he's looking at an ax. God that was sad... I need help).

C-Note
Did you ever get that medicine for your kid? Maybe that's why she's sick just a thought. I thought his storyline was weak and not necessarily needed. He almost got caught the police but then the nice waitress helped him out. I guess the bigger question is what's next for C-Note?

Bellick & Mahone
Ouch Bellick you became Mahone's bitch. How funny was it watching Bellick practice holding the badge and what to say. Mahone you sunk low again egging Haywire to go and kill himself. It was as if you pushed him yourself. Next time attempt to talk the jumper off the ledge or at least look shocked and upset when he dies. At least pretend like you care.

The Full House AKA Kellerman, Michael, Lincoln, Sara
Boy talk about ...awkward. Sara meet Kellerman. Kellerman meet Sara. Uh actually we've already met. Really when? When he tortured me and then tried to kill me. It wasn't personal Sara. Don't you know Kellerman you never try and kill a man's girl just like you never put her in your Fave 5. I would not underestimate Kellerman he's smart, well trained machine! The aviator shades and guns help keep that cold, heartless persona.

Did Sara attempt to kill Kellerman with the string from her hoodie? If so wouldn't that have taken a long time to kill him? By the way definitely did not see that coming. Two extra points for Sara using Kellerman's line back on him "It wasn't personal." Ooh that had to sting. And finally we got to see a little makeout session between Michael and Sara. I was looking forward to some clothes shedding but hey at least we got some tonsil action.

All in all tonight was a decent episode. A little too many un-realistic elements (getting to Chicago undetected, the car, the train car all to themselves, etc). Step it up writers, make things difficult that what was so great about Season 1. Not a whole lot revealed just that Sara's key is to a secret cigar club. Wonder what she'll find in there. Next week looks good with T-Bag taking crazy up a notch, I think I saw a furnace and an ax. More I want to give my brother his life back. Hmm haven't we heard that before?

Emmy, consider this...

Although I know no one out there in cosmic universe really reads my blog I still owe it to myself an avid TV fan and critic to give my 2 cents. So here goes nothing.

Emmy nods are coming up and with that usually comes the same ole people nominated (Desperate Housewives Cast~ ack) and the same ole people forgotten about (Lauren Graham~ Gilmore Girls). I'm still hoping for the Academy to realize what idiots they were for not nominating Sarah Michelle Gellar (yes AKA Buffy Summers from "Buffy the Vampire Slayer", the TV show inspired by the movie which yes, had Luke Perry from Beverly Hills 90210) and giving her an Emmy. She deserved it for superb acting in the amazing episode The Body, where Buffy comes home to find her mother dead on the couch. Netflix it Season 5, Episode 16, you'll thank me later. Or if the head honchos missed that one they could also check out The Gift, (Season 5, Episode 22) where Buffy has to save the world...again (its a long story). You might as well just Netflix Season 1, 2 & 5. If not because of my recommendations than at least to see the British guy from those continuing Folgers Coffee commercials playing Buffy's watcher Giles.

Moving on...quickly I promise.

So here's my take on who the Academy should finally recognize with a damn nomination!

Drama Series

Hold the comments until the end about how I didn't put The Sopranos up there.

Comedy Series

Lead Actor, Drama

Lead Actress, Drama

Lead Actor, Comedy

Lead Actress, Comedy

Supporting Actor, Drama

Supporting Actress, Drama

Supporting Actor, Comedy

Supporting Actress, Comedy

Wooh and that's it. I had to cut down on my reasoning. If you're really curious just ask. If you have any picks post yours in the comments. Hopefully someone from the Academy or some magazine will accidentally come across my blog and see the light.

If I Could Make an Album...

I have a mini secret...

Sometimes I wish I could record an album. Now I don't need to be a Whitney, Christina or even a Mariah. Just better than Ashlee, Britney and Ashanti. I would definitely be a mix of Kelly Clarkson and Beyonce. Some tracks would have some hot guitar riffs, drum solos. Crazy rock out sessions. Full out air guitar. I'm thinking

Hot right? And that would just be for the rock tracks. Now for the Hip Hop/ R&B tracks, there'd have to be some crazy beats. I'm talking original, the shit you've never heard before. Even bringing in some of that international stuff. Mix a little reggaee, bhangra, maybe even some Spanish flava. That would be hot right? Now onto the producers.

Simply because his beats are crazy and original. Everytime I hear a new song he produced its hot and doesn't sound the same.

Case in point ~ check out out Nelly Furtado's latest video of her new track "Promiscuous Girl" produced by Timbs. It is hot.

Is that not crazy? I heard this track way back too, around Februrary and I was jammin to it then. But now since its released to the radio I know its gonna be the summer song.

But back to my "MADE" moment. Producers:

That would be a sweet album. Ooh some possible titles (Wow, I've really reached an all time low).

- Full Circle, BiPolar (its not as weird as it sounds and no I'm not BiPolar but it would represent the two sides of me the Rock & Hip Hop), Free, Reflection, BreakOut, Dear Diary, Invitation Only, Autobiography, Risk it All.

Okay I'm gonna stop now because this is reaching the brink of utter Loser-ville.
